Hotel and B&B in Great Yarmouth

Hi everyone....
Can anyone reccomend a nice hotel or B&B in Great Yarmouth? I'm looking for something family friendly, close to the beach and fairly priced. I'm thinking of going for 2 nights (Fri and Sat) in August next year.
There will be 2 adults and 3 children (1,4 and 7), I've notice most bookings normally 2 adults and 2 childre ....will places allow me to only have 1 room?
I know I asked for recommendations but at the same time any places to avoid I'd like to hear about.
