Wedding Flowers - Where does she stand?

Options
My little sister got married over the weekend. It was quite far away so Sunday was spent travelling back and Monday morning they went on honeymoon for 2 weeks so I said I would try and find out some info for her.

She had wedding flowers. One bouquet for her, one for me and one for the other bridesmaid. Ours were ok but hers had a couple of flowers in them that were nearly completely dead and all the petals were falling off. Where does she stand?

The florist turned up while we were all having hair and make up done, she literally came in, plonked them on the bed and left so even if we had been in a position to be able to get up and inspect them we wouldn't have had a chance to discuss it with her.

By the time we got out of the church her bouquet was looking incredibly shabby and sad, which is a shame as you can see it in quite a few of the photos.

Does she have any rights regarding this? Like I said, our bouquets were fine it was just hers and for £80 you wouldn't really expect it to start falling apart the second you pick it up.

It was a florist. It has also transpired since I posted that a buttonhole was also missing at my brother-in-law's end but their delivery was very much done in the same manner. "I'm in a rush, here's the box and I'm speeding off"

We took a couple of pictures on brother-in-law's camera but obviously he has taken it on honeymoon with him so unfortunately I don't have any pics to hand. I don't know whether they have any rights in terms of a partial refund or anything, and obviously with them being away for 14 days they aren't really able to contact the florist to discuss it with them.

I don't think they are looking for compensation for emotional distress or anything ridiculous like that, but obviously the product they received on the day fell short of what it was that they were expecting for the money they spent.
