What orgainisation do you contacts if a comp isnt judged by the rules?

Just wondering as I have seen something I am a bit miffed about on an ongoing winners comp, I dont think they are playing by their own rules. Have mailed them about it and will see what they say, just wanted to know the name of the "body" who deals with these type of things. Thanks

Institute of Promotional Marketing (IPM)

Possibly the Advertising Standards Authority, (ASA) although the IPM will usually refer to them if necessary.

(IPM can throw a member out but that's about it, the ASA can add a company to their list of those who ignore them)This page lists information on traders who have continued to make claims on their online sites that do not comply with our Codes, despite repeated requests for changes.
Details of each non-conforming advertiser will remain in place until their sites have been amended in line with the Code
