My Wedding, this Saturday! (long)

Just thought i would do a quick update on here with regards to my wedding prep for this weekend. I am at work just now, feeling a little stressed thinking of the things i would like to get back home and do, but im only here today and tomorrow then i hope i can get everything sorted in time!
People keep telling me that almost everything is done. The big thing looming is the fact i have set myself the challenge of baking 100 cupcakes as our wedding cake. Yesterday we went to Asda and got all the ingredents, i forgot the butter (doh) but my plan is to start them on Thursday morning.
This is the plan for the next few days anyway...
Today, try not to panic, write out photo list for OH dad to do photography
Tuesday, tidy up everything at work and try not to panic! Lunch time have eyebrows waxed, colllect make up order!
Wednesday, go to hair dressers and get new hair cut and colour. get home and tidy house (get rid of the ants) Make up beds, clean bathrooms etc
Thursday, go to asda early, get butter and anything else we have forgotten, check babies outfit fits ok and if not try not to panic and find a new outfit. Put wedding favors into pretty box, get kids favors into bags and buy sweets for kids to keep happy. Check what time people are arriving on trains the following day. Book taxi cabs for people. start on cupcakes.
Friday, ice cakes, collect helium from florist, colllect meat from buchers for BBQ, go for pampering session at spa, get OH to pick up people from station and be taxi service, last min tidy of house. move furniture round, confirm with venue everything is ok and high chairs have been picked up. meet people for drinks early evening and make an excuse to go home to do last min prep! Box up cakes, favors, balloons ready for collection in the morning. Late evening, go to asda and get bread for BBQ. Pack baby bag and food and put in car to take to venue.
Saturday, up early say happy b day to OH and give cards and prezzies. Shower, hair, make up, get baby ready and hope he doesnt get mucky, make sure everyone else is getting ready ok. Try to deter people from coming to the house to see me first thing. tie ribbon to car.
10.30 drive to registry office and hope trafic isnt bad (only 5 miles but it can take forever)
11.15 service
11.30 photos outside
12.00 off to reception venue
12.30 greet everyone and hand out favors, buy everyone first drinks
1.30 buffet served
1.35 relax a bit?
8.00 drive car home (i dont drink, oh does but im only a learner driver)
8.20 get in, last min check the house is in order
8.30 people arrive back to house for BBQ and drinks
10.00 crash out?
Sunday
Family sunday lunch and give out thank you gifts and speaches
there seems a lot to do, writing it down makes it look like even more.
We are only having a small wedding, 40ish people and pub buffett followed but bbq and drinks at our house but sometimes i think that we woudl have been better off if we had a hotel organise the lot, i feel it would have been less stress!
Will post pics after!

Aww good luck!!!
I got married in December last year and in the last week before it seemed like it would never come together but it did and the day was amazing.
Try and make sure you take some time to savour the build up and especially the day - it flies by!

Don't forget that if your new husband is supervising you if you have a provisional licence then he must be sober, drink driving rules apply.0

I would try and get people to help club together for a taxi... Surely you want to be able to have a glass of champagne with everyone after the ceremony and they soon add up... better not to risk it and just pay the taxi...DFW Nerd #025DFW no more! Officially debt free 2017 - now joining the MFW's!

Thanks for the comments Tine, There are reasons for me driving the car home. One of them being my mum who has a lung condition and the other being my 11 month old son. I wouldnt be happy going in a taxi without a baby seat and getting ours out the car and fitting it is quite a lot of hassle. Its not that we cant afford a taxi, we could if we wanted one but i think that it will case more problems. We also have to transport a travel cot, helium tank and any other left over cake and presents back from the venue too!
I also dont drink at all, never have done so i will be toasting with lemonade on saturday!
