Getting stressed again - OR will call on the 12th so Tuesday.

All ready but still...

DD will ask him about the business issue and what to do about that as far as IR is concerned - they was no gain, only loses but has to be sortd somehow.

Do you think OR will be able to advise on that?

Oh, BTW - forgot to say.. in the letter from OR he was asking to send to him all cut up cards apart from the Co-Op Cashminder - looks like this one will stay ok.

You could give one of the debt charities a call? maybe try business debtline?
Did you try the tax board on here or the small business one?
What are they going to do to her anyway? She's already bankrupt. They could extend her bankruptcy but that's not exactly the end of the world as far as I know.
Yes she should have registered but she won't be the first in her naievty to fail to do this.
I'm sure it will all be sorted and come out in the wash.

Does she have all her accounts and receipts (not necessarily officially prepared accounts, but whatever she did for bookkeeping as she went along?)

OR said he will take care of the "business" issue from every angle and daughter does not have to worry about it.

Such a massive relief.
