Thank you all soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo muchhhhhhhhh xxxx
Got to the Court (London - Strand) around 9:45, went through security, got directions to the fees office (and believe me, one needs those, it is a proper labyrinth - up and down the stairs, side this turn there... sighhh)
So..... we got to the fees office just before 10am and we were 3rd there. Were seen really quick (they have a note there saying the try not make anyone wait more than 10 min and yes, it was less than 10 min).
3 "windows" in a room so goes really fast.
Fees form was an old one as new one came out not long ago (I though I checked but .. still printed the old one ) but we were given new one to fill in (2 minutes, they even gave us the pen).
We did not have the dreaded letter from JSA stating the entitlement but I took a letter from JSA from over a month ago when my daughter was unwell and here they were saying she will still get paid JSA.
The lady at the window looked at us, said that this letter is no good for the purpose and also too old (over a month), then she looked at my almost fainting daughter, sighed, stamped, signed, took £525.00 and sent us on our way.
Through the court (again with a map) we have found the place to hand in the paperwork. 2 windows here, we were 2nd so again all good. 10 minutes later we were told to go away and come back at 2:30.
So we went for COFFEE AND A CAKE (;)).
W went back in just before 2pm and sat outside not realising we can wait in the room where we handed in paperwork till someone went in there at 2:15 and came out with papers.
So at ":15 we went in, sat down - we were called to the window and handed stamped/signed papers.
That is it.
REALLY - that is it.
Wohooooooooooooooooooooooooo - THAT is it
My daughter was told to expect a call from OR within 2-5 days and depends on that call she may/may be not called for a meeting.
So - did I mention that THAT is it?
I mean really - all done.....
OMG - Thaks you all sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo muchhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh again for all the help.....
What a relief..................................
Off the bed, did nto sleep last night....
Oh - did I mention - that is it, it is DONE.

See! All that worry and it's just like a trip to the post office! I'm glad everything went well and you managed to get your fee remission!
The next hurdle to get over is the OR interview but even that is not too bad, mine was over in less than 15 minutes!
Enjoy your evening and a good rest tonight!

Sleep Well, both of you!
The day I walked out of court with my BR certificate in my hand - I didn't have any huge sense of relief or anything but...gradually, bit by bit as the weeks have gone by, I've started to feel easier. No more panic attacks as I tried to get to sleep - no more waking up at 4am and tossing and turning until my alarm went off at 6 - no more frantic late night internet banking log ons trying to rob Lloyds to pay Halifax and beat the 'end of business' deadline dates for payments...
Well done - pin your new, debt free budget plan to the kitchen wall and stick to it. Life in control of your finances is a very liberating thing.

You just described my daughter over the past few months.
We walked back into the flat today, she walked straight into bed with her clothes on and is fast asleep now - hope she gets some proper rest....
I was in bed too but - cat/dog food delivery arrived LOL
Thanks again

On a side note - luckily I was able to help her with the fees...
I rally feel for people who struggle to raise those
