advice. ...beware ...now known as motorhub...a bunch of lying cheating chavs selling **** steer well clear phoned about bmw x5 told 1 previuos owner full bmw history after driving 200 miles found i has 6 previous owners and history not bmw never been serviced for 20000 miles and 2 years ....STEER WELL CLEAR.......CHANCERS and LIARS:mad::mad::mad::mad:

    The way I read it was that OP had driven a long way but only to view / test drive, but all was not as it was promised when they arrived.

    As with many of these threads (the kwik fit one was the same), a 20 second search on google would have saved you a day of hassle ;)
  • the missing t threw me on 'it has', thought they said I has (sic) a car that has....
    They probably had two X5's in and sold the other.

    Same kind of experience here too, travelled a long way to see a car I liked only to find it was very rough the picture they put on their website was no way the same car, scratches bits of trim missing kernel wheels etc i ding even start it made my mind up within 30secs
