Last week flash prompted my to update to the latest version which I did, but since then youtube and any browser videos in firefox became unwatchable due to stuttering and stopping constantly. (They work fine in IE but dont want to use this)
I tried everything to solve the issue, disabling extensions, hardware acceleration etc but nothing worked.
Finally I uninstalled flash, and re-installed version 11.1.102.63 which works perfectly.
I dont browse dodgy sites, and have F-Secure anti-virus running. Just wondering if I am at risk?
Thanks

Yes, you are at a greater risk of infection using an older, vulnerable version of flash than the latest version. Flash exploits are in the wild & you're using a version of flash from over a year ago.
Exploits are currently the most common attack vector.
