There seems to be a £1 minimum fee on an Amazon Credit Card so if you don't use it one month you still get charged £1 that month. Did I read it correctly?

The only reference I could find in their current Terms and Conditions over at Amazon to a £1 "fee" is where Interest is due where the Minimum Interest Charge is a £1.
I had a look at the other fees they charge (for example, a Late Payment) but nothing for account dormancy.
Hope that helps. It's not your credit score that counts, it's your credit history. Any replies are my own personal opinion and not a representation of my employer.0 -
Yes, the minimum interest charge of £1 - what does that mean..?0

would think it means that if you have silly bill of like 17p or something and do not pay it you will get a £1 late payment charge. Normally its a percentage of what you are due to pay but think its saying if its smaller than £1 you will still be charged £10

It means if you always clear your balance in full you pay nothing in interest (unless you mess with cash transactions).
It also means that if you generate an interest charge that should less than £1 (but more than zero) they will charge you £1 regardless.
(I've not checked the T&Cs as I assume YorkshireBoy will do this later and I'm lazy)

^this. It's issued by Bank of America (so MBNA), they charge this minimum on all their cards to my knowledge.0 -

The relevant condition is 3.50 -
So if I spent £0 in one month, I will be charged nothing, right?0

But if you had a balance of, say, £210, made a £10 payment and then spent nothing new in the next statement period there would be a new interest charge on the remaining £200. This will be at least £1.0
