no, but i had a couple of changes,
I told them of one change in circumstances on the thursday, and when i found out it wasn't happening on the monday, i informed them, the guy said on the phone i can't see anything of your claim but i will make a note of it, but i'm still getting money
thanks0 -
you have to pay back any overpayment if you fail to notify them of changes etc in due course.
If you receive an overpayment as a result of an error on HMRC's part then you can dispute that. However, if you have received award notices and failed to inform them of a mistake on there then they will class that as your mistake and you will be required to pay back the full amount you have been overpaid

My advice to you would be to search for "Tax Credits Notional Offsetting Entitlement" and see if you fall in that category. Best of luck.If it ever got to the point where i have no money to eat. I would go to the police station and break something to get myself arrested. Atleast i would get a warm cell and food and if everyone who get SANCTIONED by the job center did that than the government would have to change there policy about sanctioning so many people on the work program.0
