Nothing after 2 weeks, send a letter, signed for, asking why you have not received a response and your next call will be to the FOS. Include a copy if your email, that's your actual complaint date.
The FOS expect you to get a timely response to lodging a complaint.:beer:0 -
Wonder if trading standards would be interested as there is no proof of payments, starting to sound a bit shady ?Debt -it's a fight that I'm winning, dealing with debt one day at a time.
