Surely the amount of staff a restaurant has on is relative to how busy it is ? Yet again, we are having the mickey taken out of us in this country and getting nothing more in return.

£25 split between 12 people is just over £2 each. If that's a deal breaker for you I would suggest you go to Nandos in future!

It's the fact that it was thrust upon us, not the amount.

We were not aware until the bill arrived that there was going to be a service charge.

As one post said, six tables of two won't get charged so why should one of twelve ?

Who's to say that the staff will see any of this too ?
