RunDLL error

Since installing windows 8.1 I am getting a RunDLL message on startup.


There was a problem starting
C:\Users\admin\AppData\Local\Conduit\BackgroundContainer\BackgroundContainer.dll


The specified module could not be found.


Anyone any ideas as to what this is?


I think it may be something to do with the Swagbucks toolbar as this has now stopped working too

Conduit isn't malware - they're just toolbars - potentially unwanted programs.

Try getting rid of the damn thing...... It digs itself in really deep, changes a tonne of settings and when removed it screws everything up. If that's not malware, then I don't know what is.

Yes it was the swagbucks toolbar


Neither that nor the nectar one now working since updated the windows 8.1 and internet explorer 11
