Energy Club Switch
Just before all the utilities companies started raising their prices I used the energy club tool and switched to a long term fixed deal with nPower but it's now 3 weeks and I'm still to hear anything from them.
I'm now concerned that they have raised their prices and I'm not sure whether the switch is going through, does anyone have any suggestions if and how I can check?
The energy club sites still states switch in progress as it has for the last 3 weeks.
