Not sure what to do about switching.
I have read all the info about switching providers and I'm still unsure. I am with British Gas, Dual fuel and have been with them many years. The problem is 1) The way I pay my bills is not either by DD or Cash Quarterly, I have a payment card and I pay what I want when I want. This has always worked for me for the last 20yrs. I'm sitting with £880 in credit. I have noticed none of the other providers offer this method of paying. 2) Then I have read many reviews on the other providers and none of them fair very well, with some even having warnings about their performance and customer service. I know British Gas are ripping me off, but I don't know who to go to if I jump ship. Can anyone help as I definitely want to be able to pay the way that I do at the moment. Thank you
