I have always clicked this open from my top toolbar.
Now, I'm having to sign in every time.
I can't seem to overcome this. Help please.
I do not want BT as my homepage, which is what they urge.

There isn't a BT-yahoo anymore, they don't work together. So, you're options are to log in to BT, or to log in to yahoo.
In terms of home pages, if you don't like the BT one, try making Yahoo your home page.1. Have you tried to Google the answer?
