Hi raise a ticket with quidco about the churchill 60 quid one but it does state that if you use a code it maybe declined so I haven't bothered raising a ticket incase the other 2 are declined...but certainly raise a ticket about the £60 it's not on...I had one about WHSmith which was declined......don't know why as I paid for the books in good faith...if they don't want to pay they shouldn't be on quidco in the first place...:D

I went through Quidco and ordered a free mug on 24th August.
I got my mug and it tracked on Quidco, but today I just saw the Quidco has been declined!

I wonder if I could raise a ticket and try and dispute it as I believe I followed Quidco's rules:

"for a genuine new unique registration and first order"

I'm genuine, I registered and I made my first order so why no Quidco?

mine has too nadnerb my mug wasn't free it was £1.99 they didn't put a minimum order value to qualify for cashback so I have submitted a ticket.
