I was turned down for the quidco cash back. I ordered the mug several weeks ago. Have filed a claim with quidco:mad::mad:

It won't do you any good, it clearly states that you will not get cash back if you use a code

No - my cash back was also decline. But hey got a photo mug for the MIL for christmas for £1.99, still a bargain.

The cashback on this one is strange, Mine was declined but I then placed another order not going through quidco this time it still tracked and was paid out.

Unfortunately they do state that you can't use a voucher so I don't think Ali will have any luck

Mine has tracked on it. How long does it take to decline or validate? It was done over 2 weeks ago

I did one with snapfish last year and used a free postage code and was paid out for that

I can't get TRYAMUG, tryamug, HALFMUGS, or halfmugs to work!!! I've emailed customer services but they don't seem to want to help as they can't be bothered to reply! :mad:
