There must be a reason for the lower price if 3 other houses have sold for around the price of the house you are buying. If I was you I would just ask the agents.

Dear god. Overcharged?!?!? You haven't been overcharged, you offered a figure that the house was/is worth to you and the vendor accepted. Theres probably lots of reasons why the house is cheaper than one you are in the process of buying. If you don't ask you will never know.:heart2: Love isn't finding someone you can live with.
