Before I start, please let me tell you I'm not the brightest person with ´new technology and neither is OH, who has just bought this in UK for me in Spain. It's a lovely looking gadget, but it hasn't got a makers name but looks very similar to ipod nano. The user manual is quite difficult (impossible) to understand (poor english translation)
Anyway I managed to get some music transferred to gadget from my list on windows media player, using 'sync' tab, but they have completely disappeared from my playlists on laptop...is this normal, is there anyway I can get them back into media player listings? It also can show photos on the screen, but if I transferred those would I lose them from laptop as well?
Another of the specs is.. Support MP3, WMA, WMV, ASF, WAV, ASF, ACT Formats, 7 Preset Equalizers Natural, Rock, Pop, Classic, Soft, Jazz, DBB, what does this mean please?
I've also read stuff about compressing files, do i need to do this, if so how? I need some very basic info in words of one syllable....or if someone can lend me a ten year old child, I'm sure it's all second nature to them
Thanx
PS I do have other questions about Firmware, Root and submenus but I´ll leave that for later
