Cash without PIN

Just a small one if someone could help me.

I have a Visa credit card with Lloyd's, in the past I have only ever used it online and I have no idea what the PIN is. Now I need to withdraw some cash but obviously without the PIN I can't use an ATM.

I'm going to take it into a branch today and get a new PIN, but in the mean time will they let me get cash out at the branch if I take ID with me?
