Currently building my credit rating, Been rejected for a few cards but been accepted by capital one (Platinum Card) And Vanquis,
Anyone know of similar providers that I can apply for?...
Also is it more in your favour applying online or over phone?..
Any helpful advice appreciated.

Aqua are usually good for poor credit people but to be honest I would say use the cards you have had to start building the rating as applying for more at the moment will make it worse. By use them I mean spend on them and pay off in full each month to show you are credit worthy.0 -

The obvious one is Aqua which is pretty easy to get. Some people complain that the £250 limit they got at the start is pretty much useless and they don't get a limit increase. I think but I don't know for sure that their problem with Aqua is that they pay off the whole balance every month. I didn't do that and left a small balance every month and my credit limit at this time is £1050. But even if you don't get a limit increase they report to all three CRAs so are good for credit building.0
