eBay buyer has bought using wrong postcode

Hi all. I'm a fairly experienced (amateur) eBay seller, but this is a new one for me: I sold a fairly "high risk" item (iphone 5s) earlier today on a BIN. The buyer has now emailed to say that their postcode is wrong (the rest of the address is correct) and can I edit the address before posting. What are people's opinions on this?

Do not do it under any circumstances. Tell the buyer you will refund them in full, they must then correct their address on Paypal and pay again.
You then send to the address that Paypal supply.0 -
