How quick do Nationwide send out a replacement card?

The card can only be at home as it doesn't get taken out - it's only been used for internet transactions. I just can't find it.

I'll keep looking but out of interest, how long does it take for Nationwide to provide you with a replacement?

Going away in just over a week. I'm guessing this is too short a notice & it'll be something like 10 working days?

Why not call them and ask?...

Because i don't know whether i've lost it or not yet. Just because i can't find it doesn't mean it's lost. It isn't stolen, because it's certainly at home somewhere.
If after turning the house upside down i still can't find it, then it's lost & i'll have to call them.

In the meantime, i wondered if anyone on MSE had had to order a new card & could answer how long it took.

I do see your point, but rather than sit and hope someone else has been in exactly the same situation very recently, and is visiting MSE this quiet Sunday evening, I think I'd be ringing them anonymously and getting an answer from the horses mouth.

Well for anyone checking in on this, the maximum waiting time is 7-10 working days as i've just called to order a new card.

Sods law...

1) It'll turn up a week tomorrow when i've actually started my holiday
2) I'll find the card, as i know it's at home somewhere.
