Meal plan w/c 28th October

Couldn't see anything and i've been out of routine, due to starting a new job.
So next week goes like this:
Mon
Me: [STRIKE]Goan curry with cashew nuts and rice (F)[/STRIKE]
Kids: [STRIKE]Pizza [/STRIKE](Chicago town, as have the money off coupon to make it almost free)
Voucher wouldn't print so had to get Morrisons alternative.
Tues
[STRIKE]Me: Asparagus and orzo risotto[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]Kids: LMc Sausage rolls with onion rings, carrots and peas [/STRIKE](F) DONE but with mash and brocolli.
Weds
[STRIKE]Me and kids: Quorn meatballs (F) with spaghetti, in ariabatta sauce[/STRIKE]
Thurs
Me:[STRIKE] YS Haddock with samphire, corn on the cob (F) and some form of potato [/STRIKE](possibly HM fritters)DONE with mash and carrot s.
Kids : Beans on toast/Quorn Croque monsieur
Fri
Me: Will eat at work
[STRIKE]Kids: Quorn southern fried chicken and peas[/STRIKE]
Sat
[STRIKE]Me and DD1: Going to attempt to make sushi with prawns and/or salmon. Had the rice etc in since it was on offer[/STRIKE].
DD2 : Tuna and pasta
We all had sweet and sour/curry with rice and sushi (wasn't a big fan and girls didn't like, so won't be making again).
Sun
TBC will now be Quorn roast with veg
So next week goes like this:

Half term so meals adjusted a little for that.
Monday ratatouille and pasta, pork chop with potato and parsnip mash changed to pork with mushrooms and vegetable rice
Tuesday spinach crepes with mushroom sauce, courgette and pesto pasta had the pork in cider instead
Wednesday cous cous salad, roast chicken cooked the chicken last night but working tonight so need a fast meal so switching to fajitas
Thursday chicken pasta salad, chicken fajitas now chicken in tarragon sauce
Friday lentil soup, chicken in tarragon sauce pesto and cpourgette pasta changed to pasta in mushroom and cheese sauce. V store cupboard challenge as used up all the left over penne from the bottom of three different bags and served freshly baked bread made from bread mix had in the cupboard. DH thought it was all very special.
also making pork with apples and cider for freezer, courgette and cheese muffins for lunch box

Have joined the GC this month and the storecupboard challenge so here is my first week menu plan.
Monday - Sturdy soup (veg and pulse mix) with HM yorkshire puddings
Tuesday - Steak with caramelised onions, creamed spinach and roast potatoes
Wednesday - Bacon potato and cabbage bake with beans
Thursday - Chickpea and potato curry with rice

This is ours:
Breakfasts: Cocoa sultana cereal or toast, soya milk/tea/coffee
Lunches: Hummus (plain or red pepper) or peanut butter sandwiches or on scones. Carrot sticks. Fruit. Soya milk/tea/coffee.
Dinners:
Sat - Stir fry with rice
Sun - Mushroom Puff Pie, vegetables, potatoes and gravy
Baked beans on toast with avocado and grated soya cheese
Pasta and chick peas in Bolognese sauce
Cheat Calzones with vegetables and chips
Hallowe'en Party Tea: hm sausage rolls, savoury pastry sticks, gherkins, carrot sticks, hummus, and probably either a pumpkin pie or or a chocolate cake.
Pasta salad with kidney beans and vegetables
Possible puds can be fruit or quick microwave pudding made with apple, banana, grated carrot, sultana, jam (rowan, rosehip and lime, mixed fruit and elderflower) or fruit from the freezer (rhubarb, blackberries, rosehips or elderberries.)

W: Roasted white fish and roasted medit veg (5:2 diet)

F: out
S: chicken curry, rice & Naan

Sun - Roast pork with stuffing, parsnips, mashed carrot and swede, green beans and gravy
I have everything in that I need, apart from some sandwich stuff for lunches and some fruit.

Friday: Birthday Tea for 4 year old - HM Pizza's, Sticky Sausages, Chips and Dips plus some CHocolate Mallow Crunch Bars
Saturday: Fireworks at local Rugby club so hot dogs!
Sunday: Out for Sunday lunch
