Renault immobilised itself...help please
I have a Laguna 1999 and its decided to start immobilising itself
Last week it did it for the first time but righted itself when I tried a few hours later. Yesterday however it immobilised it'll in the car park in town and after an hour and a half I had to abandon it to get the last bus home. Have just got a lift there tonight but its still immobilised
Can anyone advice? Car is hardly worth any monetary value and can't justify spending heaps on it........

Get the battery tested. It might be low voltage is causing the problem now the weather is getting colder.0

When that happened to my friend's Renault it turned out to be a fuse that had blown. Unfortunately the fuse was such an unusual thing to go (according to the garage) that it took ages to find the fault and it cost over £100 to replace a £1 fuse :eek:0
