Dunno pal, I've always bought my stuff with my own money.I'd imagine so... I can either wait for half of the agreement and get rid then, or go to another manufacturer and buy a car with them and have them buy me out of it...
In fact, if I saved up the pennies, could I sell the car and pay off the negative equity and get out of it that way?0 -
Yes, of course you can reject a used car, especially if you bought it from a franchised dealer. And any good finance company should help you to reject the car if there really is a problem - it's in their interests to have satisfied customers."There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe a 'Princess Coronation' locomotive in full cry. We shall never see their like again". O S Nock0

Where do you suggest I start? I'm trying to use the car as little as possible at the moment to stop putting mileage on it.0 -

Do what I said in my first post. Speak to your local Trading Standards Office in the first instance."There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe a 'Princess Coronation' locomotive in full cry. We shall never see their like again". O S Nock0 -

Scroll down a bit and it talks about what to do if you've had it less than 6 months."We act as though comfort and luxury are the chief requirements of life, when all that we need to make us happy is something to be enthusiastic about” – Albert Einstein0
