Nectar point pickle - pls help!

About to tweet @Nectar, but suspect I'll get a swifter answer here.
Yesterday, I did an online shop with Sainsbury's and paid with £50 worth of Nectar points. These need to be ordered as a voucher for a set amount, with a code that is entered into the checkout at the end. I did all of this and booked a delivery.
Today, I discovered that for some reason (despite me doing everything as usual) the order was never processed; I believe the points were therefor not used. However, they have still been 'spent' in as far as they've been taken off my account and deducted from the total.
Sainsbury's site has saved my entire order so all I need to do is pay for it again and book a delivery. HOWEVER, there seems to be no obvious way to retrieve the voucher number needed to pay for the groceries, as I did not write it down and it does not appear to have been emailed to me. WHY ON EARTH WOULD NECTAR NOT PUT THIS INFO IN AN EMAIL? Argghhhh...
So, while there is still one remaining delivery slot I can use, can anyone please tell me where (if there is indeed a way to do this) I can find the code from Nectar so I can access my £50 and use it again?
thank you
Edit to add: I have also tried logging in to my Nectar account. There is a reference number associated with the transaction, but this does not appear to be the same as the voucher code, and does not work at the Sainsbury's checkout.

It says in the terms and conditions that they email it to you...
5. Your sainsburys.co.uk evoucher will be sent to the email address assigned to your Nectar Account. You have the opportunity to update this email address prior to confirming your order. To be in your child's memories tomorrow, be in their life today.0 -

Well spotted - I now realise what happened! The email address I'd associated with the account was one I never use, so when I logged into it, I found the code. The reason I was confused is that I used an email address (my usual one) as my username on the Sainsbury's account, so had assumed that if they were going to email it, it would go to this one.
Thanks for your help.0
