    This competition is open to residents of Ireland aged 18 or over. If you are not 18 years of age then you must obtain your parent or guardian’s consent and your parent or guardian shall agree to these conditions on your behalf.
    Eddie Rocket’s Ireland employees, their agents, families or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are excluded from the competition.
    To enter the competition, fans must upload a photo to the Eddie’s Photo Booth app.
    The winners will be chosen from all entries within 3 days of the competition ending.
    The prize is as follows: A €3,000 holiday voucher to the USA.
    The closing date for entries is the 3rd November 2013.
    Eddie Rocket’s Ireland’s judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    In the event that Eddie Rocket’s Ireland is unable to contact the winner within 72 hours it will select a replacement winner and the first winner will no longer be eligible to receive the prize.
    In order to claim their prize, winners will be required to prove their age and residence by providing a copy of their passport, driver's licence or Age Card.
    Eddie Rocket’s Ireland will publish the names of the winners on Facebook and other print media. Winner will be required to participate in post event publicity including photograph.
    Eddie Rocket’s Ireland reserves the right to suspend or terminate the competition, extend the closing date or amend these terms and conditions.
    Prizes are not transferrable for cash or any other alternative.
    The winner will be notified by the 22nd November 2013 and prize delivered by 29th November 2013.
    By entering the competition you agree to accept these terms and conditions.
    We will not share your information with any third parties.By entering the competition Eddie Rockets confirms that it will not share personal details with any third party except publication of the winners details.
    The winning entry shall be used by Eddie Rockets (Ireland) Limited and by entering this competition the entrant hereby assigns to Eddie Rocket’s Ireland Limited any copyright or other proprietary rights in the entry.

    Not really sure Ireland is the same as other places E.g America, as it's part of the UK and so residents are often able to enter the majority of comps on here and as a result we are likely to have many people from Ireland on here who could benefit from this. :)
