my DH has just been offered a job working for the natwest.
he has to have a bank account with the royal bank of scotland group to have his wages paid into.
which account would be best to go for? a royal bank of scotland or a natwest one?
we currently bank with the lloyds tsb, and i would like internet banking and a paper free account (which i have with ltsb)

Either is fine, but RBS provide the local-rate (01 or 02) numbers for branches, whereas Natwest give you an 0845 number.
I bank with both, and find RBS friendlier but that's just my personal experience...0 -
I find all this must have an account with us to work for us a bit odd. I work for Sainsbury's but they don't insist I shop there!
You could have the best of both worlds put in a standing order to transfer it too your TSB account!I started with nothing and I am proud to say I still have most of it left.0
