I ordered a memorial vase for my mum
Who passed away 2 years ago with personalised wording on it.It came back with her surname spelt wrong.Contacted them by phone and they told me to email proof to them with my original confirmation email that i still have.
So i have 4 times now in the past week..each time someone emailing me back asking me to send proof..which i have by sending them the original email with the original spelling..they seem to think im lying when i call them and there can't be an error..so this time ive sent them an email and a photo of the plaque on the vase to show her surname ends ELL n ALL.
What do i do if they continue to say im wrong when i have the original proof its driving me mad now.??
