leasehoold charge

hi martin i need your advice i have been charged £7,400 for works carried out on my property when i recceved the breakdown it stated replacment windows and external work they have since changed 5 windows in my property and the council tenants have recceved new bathrooms and kitchens i have another company quote me for the windows and it does not come to £3.000 and i still cant justify the rest of the works as the roof definatley dont need doing its not an old block what can i do to dispute this ludicros amount. please help?:confused:

    Try Lease they are great for advice on leaseholds and can tell you where you stand if you want to challenge the works or the bill.
    When I had my loft converted back into a loft, the neighbours came around and scoffed, and called me retro.
