Mine arrived yesterday, really good quality, very pleased with it. My bank account was debited on the 27th November if that helps.

My account was debited a few weeks ago but still no scarf.

Mine was about 10 days (last offer not this one).
They told me they only debit when the stock reaches their warehouse, but if they have high demand (which they do on these offfers) then it can take many days for them to package and send.

They were pretty good at responding to emails, so if you don't want the cost of a phone call then email them - but they'll probably say packing /despatch took a long time because they were inundated and it's in the post.

They will probably also say that 2nd class postage can take up to 14 days.
It really hacks me off when companies try to palm off the blame (and I told them that on the phone). Royal mail normally work much more quickly than this and the issue is the scarf company taking a long time in the packing despatch process.

FYI: It is certainly possibly to do a chargeback when a company goes bust.
The chargeback is made to the retailer's bank so you can still get money back even if the company has none.
I did it when peacocks went bust and I had a voucher I couldn't spend.

My step mum liked her scarf, although I did order it in the summer.
