Been sat here waiting for my new Dell to be delivered via TNT.
At 3pm ish spotted the TNT van drive past, thought "great, he'll be back in a mo"
Nothing.
Just rang the depot, they've spoken to the driver and he hasnt got time to deliver today!
But he drove right passed the house, surely it wouldnt have taken five mins to deliver my package?!

I'm beginning to wonder then if a recent problem I had was caused by TNT and not by the online store I had purchased from.
I bought an item for my son and delivery was supposed to be within 48 hours by TNT. On day three I phoned the store to ask where my item was and as I was talking to them a big TNT van pulled up outside. I told the shop that it was OK as the van had arrived, albeit a little late and I hung up and waited for the driver to knock.
My street is quite busy at school time as this was and the van reversed a little obviously had trouble parking due to its size and pulled away!
Got back to the store who phoned TNT who told me my package was already delivered. Two more days go by and finally the shop tell me they are fed up with TNT and will send another item and claim on the insurance for the first one.
Two days after I was told the second one was on its way I get a phone call from the shop asking whether I had taken delivery yet as TNT weren't able to find the signed copy of the delivery note. I told then I hadn't got the item and shop promised to investigate. On day three item turns up in the most battered box and from various posting dates on the label appeared to be the first item sent and not the second.
At the time I half suspected the shop were pulling a fast one and were not actually able to keep to their promised delivery schedule, but now i'm not so sure.
