I did mention this morning that we bought the blue and green round tin of mcvities selection biscuits and that was not showing on comparison :) hth :)

I needed some biscuits for raffle prizes and I got two tins of the McVitie's selection biscuits and one of the Dean's shortbread, but it was last weekend. None of them appeared on the APG (but I didn't buy them for an APG return).

:o Just done an online Sainsbury shop I got 4 vouchers through the post week 1 and 2 spend £30 get £4 off week 3 and 4 spend £30 and get £8 off when I have used all 4 coupons I can scan another coupon in store and get 500 points added to my card :T

Week 1 doesn't start til 10/11/13 ;) so I cancelled my order til next week :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I received these today too tweets except mine are £6 off £30 each week. Been thinking of using them on spirits for Christmas to get BM. We've got the double up points event too in a couple of weeks so can hopefully use them to take us up to the £30 spend.

I also got 2 identical mailings of Tesco 100point vouchers when I spend £3. Seems a bit random but I'm not complaining:T

Just looking through my Avs S 'saved list', I notice that the Kitchen Towels look back on vs Sains at £1.

Also noticed that A has now gone back down in price on its tinned SP Spaghetti in Tomato Sauce, now 15p. Seems to be a 'buy in T' - T 25p vs A 15p (particularly as T weighier tin and doesn't adjust for weight). But, as I'm buying Avs S and S 25p (of course doesn't work on brand m'ch), I think I might get SP Spag Loops instead - 20p vs N/A!:)

  • After reading all the wombles you've had, I just HAD to add mine- or rather my wife's. She's only 4'11" and a keen runner and went out early one morning for a 6 miler. About an hour later I'm sitting drinking coffee when I see her struggling up the drive pushing a full sized builders WHEELBARROW that someone had dumped in the hedge. Knowing that I was desperate for one, she pushed the thing 1 1/2 miles back home. Best of it was she met a friend of hers also running and managed to talk her way out of it!
Still using the w/b - told her to keep a lookout for a concrete mixer!!
