Yoghurt_Queen wrote: »Do what I do. Hide it all. The cobra is safe as my Mother in law doesn't drink it, but she loves nothing more than to pop round the house uninvited. She sits down for a bit, refuses a cup of tea. Then the sly old goat will say, actually, I WILL have a cup of tea, but I WILL MAKE IT. So she pops into the kitchen and sure enough, we hear the creek of the garage door. Then silence. Then she'll come in and sit down with her cup of tea and hint that she could do with some tomatoes/5beanz/washing up liquid or whatever it was she saw.
So I end up giving her a load of stuff.
But i've become wise to it now and stash most of my stuff upstairs, unless I have a huge surpluss. My sister is the same, she likes a good old freebie without putting the work in. Its our petrol and time they forget about.
I try now to charge them for stuff or just hide it. After all, when we run out, we're going to have to end up buying it! So why give stuff away for free? Unless you have more than you will use before it goes off etc.0 -

I don't agree aau1 ...
The original bonus 500 / 1000 points are given for buying the pre-order. As far as I am aware (please do correct me if I am wrong), the points are not conditional on buying the game itself. The pre-order is like an 'option' to buy the game, but you are not contractually obliged to then buy it on release. Again, please correct me, but I don't think the T's & C's state if you don't buy the actual game, the points are retracted ?
This if different to returning the 'product' (ie the pre-order) but retaining the points - as marbbett is saying one should not do.
It is one thing genuinely returning a pre-order or two if they have run out, don't have the format you want, or their price is sky high compared to others. But to buy handfulls of pre-orders just for the points, never really intending to actually buy the game, and then getting a refund of the £5 pre-order is pushing it a bit.
.
Prepare to be shot down in flames :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: but :T:T:TBack to square one, no apg, no comment.0 -

Tresemme compares so is not a trigger. Also db silver set now shows so doubt that is a trigger now.

PET CT was negative for cancer activity and the residual mass has shrunk a little more with the radiotherapyI think understandably after the !!!! up last time that it'll take me a little while to believe it but I feel immense relief
It will have been a year on Thursday since my diagnosis and has been harder than I could have imagined. However, I have been completely amazed by the love and support given to me by a group of apparent strangers in cyber space. I will be eternally grateful and hope that all of the lovely people who aren't around at the moment are reading this too
So pleased for you logie xxxx0 -
