Afternoon all
Not caught up at all and can't stay long but wanted to let you guys know that the results are in...
PET CT was negative for cancer activity and the residual mass has shrunk a little more with the radiotherapyI think understandably after the !!!! up last time that it'll take me a little while to believe it but I feel immense relief
It will have been a year on Thursday since my diagnosis and has been harder than I could have imagined. However, I have been completely amazed by the love and support given to me by a group of apparent strangers in cyber space. I will be eternally grateful and hope that all of the lovely people who aren't around at the moment are reading this too
Such good news its made me cry!!!!:T0 -

Well, I hope they don't stop doing the 1000pts for a fiver pre order, cos you you lot are then claiming refunds!! It feels like you're biting the hand that feeds you. Sorry, I know each to their own, but lets not push it.Pleeeesesame argument could be said for anyone who buys even one pre-order but doesn't buy the game
where to draw the line/what is acceptable is never going to be agreed by all
I don't agree aau1 ...
The original bonus 500 / 1000 points are given for buying the pre-order. As far as I am aware (please do correct me if I am wrong), the points are not conditional on buying the game itself. The pre-order is like an 'option' to buy the game, but you are not contractually obliged to then buy it on release. Again, please correct me, but I don't think the T's & C's state if you don't buy the actual game, the points are retracted ?
This if different to returning the 'product' (ie the pre-order) but retaining the points - as marbbett is saying one should not do.
It is one thing genuinely returning a pre-order or two if they have run out, don't have the format you want, or their price is sky high compared to others. But to buy handfulls of pre-orders just for the points, never really intending to actually buy the game, and then getting a refund of the £5 pre-order is pushing it a bit.

Plus spend another couple of quid on the kettle crisps, 2 for £2. Get £1.50 back from Shop, costing 50p.
Throw in a free paper for spending £5 including the paper and vouchers, make sure it's a guardian or Telegraph at £1.40 of £1.20 respectively.
Then don't forget to pick up your free tea/coffee whilst there!!!! :T:T:T:T
I like your plan, unfortunately no waitr0se near me:(
Thanks though:)0 -
