I enquired about this a couple of days ago and got this reply -

With regards to the voucher, please be advised that the voucher should be received within 21 business days after your first deposit. Please be advised however that your e-mail and sms preferences have been set to "no". Please be advised that these options should be set to "yes", to receive the voucher. Once this has been done please allow the 21 business days to receive the voucher.

I've set email to yes, but not sms.. don't like giving my mob number out.
