Talking about confrontation. My DD who is midway through her CAT therapy was friends with a girl for some years. As girls do she lent her some clothes and shoes. However she asked for them back some weeks ago and the girl ignored it. Then a few days later a pic of this girl's friend appeared on FB wearing one of my daughters tops. So she asked again for the stuff and said she was a bit upset to see her clothes on someone else and got a really nasty text back.
Fast forward 5 weeks and still no sign of the clothes. I know the girl and text her myself ( I know interfering Mum!!) and she sent me a nice text back but said she has been waiting 5 weeks for an apology from DD??. So how to proceed? She works in Tesco nearby and I see her when I go in but have not spoken to her recently.
DD is doing really well with therapy and really does not want a confrontation.
    Suggestions anyone?

I cant possibly partake in pasta... Have a drawer full at home, along with a "few" bags/packs etc in the garage. I feel like I'm using pasta or tinned tomatoes in everything i cook lately :rotfl:
did a yummy casserole yesterday though of tinned toms, homemade chicken stock (from freezer), sausages, chorizo, onions, rosemary, herbs etc, red lentils. was yum but a bit sloppy :o
I hope the pasta in the garage doesnt attract any rodents , I had a bag of rice attacked a couple of years ago, took a couple of weeks to get rid of the little sods, I only keep tinned/bottled in there now.

No chance of being trouted then?
well yes you can get trouted. the coupon procedure is exactly like you were on self service (as you are). I just find at the moment in my store its a new thing out and they are very busy, so no time to check :D

Has anyone managed to use the rice coupons for anything other than Wholegrain. I had a look this morning after visit to doctor and they have basmati, brown basmati, long grain and wild rice in the 3 for £4.00 offer too.
Had an interesting visit to doctor. I have had a stabbing pain in left side of my chest for a few days and after a thorough exam she decided it is my ill fittting bra!! She checked me over thoroughly and was really pleased with my BP etc.
So I think an appt at the bra shop tommorow then. We have a great shop in Keynsham near Bristol called the Perfect Fit and although a bit pricey they do a great job.
