I cant possibly partake in pasta... Have a drawer full at home, along with a "few" bags/packs etc in the garage. I am in the process of googling iron rich recipes. Doc has just informed me I am anaemic
I am thinking of home made soup with beans and lentils in.
I don't like liver, kidney etc so that's out the window, though I do eat plenty of green veg0
