I had dishwasher tablets a while ago that scanned as the sel but once my shop was downloaded they came up at the end as twice as much.
I personally did not think i was entitled to dtd and manage over road them to the sel price.
I asked mr t on facebook and they insisted that if the sel price does not come up when shop is downloaded I am entitled to dtd.
Had very nice giftcard for the dtd back.

I am sure you could find a template for a complaint online. If not write down the points you want to get accross and put these politely in an email.
Start with the plates, then the damage they did and your reaction.
Sum this up with what you feel they should do to rectify the damage, followed by I look forward to hearing from you.

Should really keep to 8-10 lines maximum as waffling or anger doesn't put the point accross.
