actually I've just entered an earlier receipt from this morning that gave £14 APG and now gives above error message. Snakes now dead perhaps?

:( NNnnnoooooo, I have my first click/collect order to pick up at 6. Dont know if I should just reject the subs if they have subbed it or not. :(

4 snakes bought this morning with no issues, 2 x ~£14 APGs received

however, did another 1 snake with 10 other items (mostly smartprice items) just over an hour ago and APG shows on website already, but APG website saying:

"Unfortunately your receipt didn't contain the minimum of 8 different items, of which at least 1 must be comparable, required to be eligible for comparison on the ASDA Price Guarantee. Please try again after your next shop at ASDA."

Perhaps snakes no longer comparable, or some other issue? Anyone else confirm from this afternoon's snakes?
    Another update lol

    Same receipt now gives:

"Unfortunately the receipt details entered have not been found. Please ensure you've waited 3 hours after you shopped before entering your receipt details. If you have, double check the numbers you entered and try again."

Will know for definate in about an hour on which error message is right......... :rotfl:

Did my first one earlier, subs were fine, and got my expected apg. 5 beans instead of baked beans... but i'd only got one tin left from before so thats fine.

    I would complain saradol75.
No need for t to know exactly when you purchased them. Perfectly reasonable to put them on your kitchen worktop and this makes them not fit for the purpose:eek:
Sale of goods act is on your side here regardless of the cost they have damaged your worktop.
I would be furious if I had managed to get some and they damaged my new gloss table.
Let us know how you get on. I would think an email straight to the top.
    V x

Thanks, any help with an email would be appreciated, not good at complaining, and you are right, they are not fit for purpose, OH is so mad.

Open link / file / Save as pdf.

Open pdf / Edit / Take a Snapshot / highlight the coupon only (drag cursor over it).

    Open Word / paste.

    Might work :)

many thanks Chrisv. I don't have snipping tool but by following your instructions I managed to get 4 on a page :)
