We were on Holiday in Austria for Christmas and new year, this happened early hours boxing day morning, hubby spent 2 days in hospital with smoke inhalation :eek:

That must have been so frightening. A good friend of mine had a fire start in her flat. She managed to get herself and the baby out by jumping out of the window. Her OH suffered smoke inhalation but sadly didn't survive.

It was scary, but was woken by fireman banging on the door:eek:
We had to go across corridor , climd on chair out of window, over a veranda then down ladders.
How sad for your friend x
