I googles caramelised onion chutney and found several recipes. I used the Tesco one - easy to do (apart from slicing 3lbs onions and streaming everywhere) and it tastes fine. Will be better once it matures.

Do you know what I find so hard is how it all can happen so quickly..how can someone go from being fine to dying ..it was such a shock to find out it was cancer let alone it happening so quick
