That is lovely to hear, there is not many people happy in their job

    :T:T:T:T:T

I'm happy in my job too! I could get a better paid job but don't want the long hours & hassle, so chose to take a step back from that, altho I do still work full time as a manager. I'd rather have extra holidays than more pay. Worked out I have had 3 weeks TOIL (time off in lieu) this year on top of the 6 weeks holiday & that's more important to me than the money! Never claimed any benefits in my life.

Oops, bigger voucher that I was expecting!

21 items (13 different) on your bill qualify for comparison Tco
    -£16.83 cheaper

Due to the APG, you're entitled to a voucher of £18.69:

    1 x Lypsyl Original Lip Balm - SPF 15 £1.50 £1.00
    1 x Häagen-Dazs Cookies & Cream Ice Cream (500ml) £3.50 £2.22
    1 x Häagen-Dazs Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream (500ml... £3.50 £2.22

    2 x Muller Light Vanilla & Chocolate Yogurt (165g) £1.00 £0.60
    2 x Muller Light Fat Free Strawberry Yogurt (175g) £1.00 £0.60
    2 x Muller Light Raspberry & Cranberry Yogurt Fat Free... £1.36 £0.60
    1 x Muller Light Vanilla Yogurt Fat Free (175g) £0.50 £0.30
    3 x Muller Light Toffee Yogurt Fat Free (175g) £1.50 £0.90

    4 x Heinz Big Soup Chicken & Vegetable (400g) £4.32 N/A
    2 x Heinz Big Soup Minted Lamb Hotpot (400g) £2.16 N/A

    1 x Young's Gastro Basa Fillets Lightly Dusted with Sa... £3.98 £2.00
    1 x Young's Whole Scampi (220g) £4.48 £2.25
    1 x Echo Falls Chardonnay California (750ml) £7.00 £5.00
    1 x Haribo Starmix £0.10 £0.10
    4 x Soft & Gentle Body Responsive Antiperspirant Deodo... £6.00 £0.80

Comparison total (compared products only) £35.42 £18.59

The 10 Muller Lights came out better than I was expecting.
    Notice it's comparing 5.36 v 3.00, but I seem to have actually paid £5.03.
So with a PP of £2.60, it's actually cost me £2.43 for 10.

Don't know what went wrong with the Heinz Big Soups! They compare favourably on MSM but came up N/A today.
    Strange!
The Heinz Big Soup are in an offer 3 for 2 at Tossco but not all the items in that offer are the same price so they cannot fairly compare them. I'm sure someone could put that in technical terms but that's my understanding of it.

It is important to be happy in your job.

I once took a job after I was persuaded by colleagues.... I resigned after 2 months and left the organisation totally. I hated it.

Now I work too many hours and do not have a life, but love it (well some of the time I do). I dream of opening a tea shop, but I cannot bake... lol!

I have never claim benefits as my parents thought it was shameful (I do NOT agree with my parents) I do believe that we need a liveable minimum wage, and benefits that mean that our vulnerable people are not going hungry etc.

  • HURRY ALL!

Looks like Big Night In is finally finishing - no sign of it on Tescos & items unavailable I'd placed in basket.
Got 3 deals last night to top up freezer/fridge so get them while they are still instore.

I'm happy in my job, which I consider to be a privilege as has not always been the case. :)

These books are stickered at £3 in my Tesco but go through at £3.85. I didn t bother buying and getting Dtd as I d already bought one for Riley for £2.50 with the Sun. If someone wanted one without buying the sun it should be £2.15 with Dtd.:)

I noticed this when I just went down to get mine did consider going for coupon plus DTD but might try that later on a bigger shop
