Is this the stuff where you get a little bit of chicken and 3 pots of sauce at £4? To be fair I was excited when I found them but then put them back - even at £1.80 it's a bloody rip off!

You are not going to believe what I did! I went and found two packs the other day in the Whoopsy isle and took the label off and paid full price! There were none left in the chicken isle!

On the subject of useful information - Do you know if the Baileys is comparing to M yet? The OH said it's £9 a bottle today (hint hint I'd best get her some). Can I get this at A to save a further 10%? £18 at A.

    Thanks in advance, Savvy. :A

It compared on T PP yesterday.

Regarding Avs M, answer is No. Do not buy in A. There's an infitesimal chance that I'm wrong in that urging, but I think virtually certainly an N/A on APG. Price collection was done on Wednesday, before the offer. As far as I'm aware, no update is done till after a new collection is taken on Monday. Sadly misses out this offer.

For those who like the T Finest Meal Deal, reminder of last night's find, as it may have got lost at the end of the old thread. Thanks annieme.

Nothing glitching any more to not trigger the meal deal (it seems) but best deal is to get 3 Garnacha as part of the offer and the 15% off 3 bottles will trigger on the full price of the wine (£7.99) taking £3.60 off your £30 spend. (Pinot Grigio sadly no longer in the offer)

The PP sees the wine at full price too. So this gives you a PP of £8.97, meaning £30 - £12.57 = £17.43 or £5.81 per meal deal! Not bad when it includes a bottle of wine :T Also, no need for fillers if you buy 3 different mains, 3 different sides and 3 different starters = 10 items.

One question though, does this count as £30 towards the £40 spend or would it only be £26.40?

Last day for the £5 off wys £40 today.

I think it only counts as £26.40 towards the £40 spend (someone shoot me down if I'm incorrect).

You can also get another 50p on the PP if you buy a lasagne as one of your main courses.

Thanks for re-posting. I missed this because I've been avoiding the bickering. :(. Still miss the Boots thread which was closed down cos of similar probs so I hope it doesn't happen here.

    Good morning everyone.

I'm not disappointed at all at missing out on starting a new thread. I realise it would have been a great honour to be selected but I'd have panicked as I wouldn't have a clue where to start.

Thank you to those people who thought that I may have felt left out and suggesting I start the next thread.

As for starting the next thread, all being well with the older dog, we're hoping to be on a dog holiday in order to escape the fireworks, so I definitely won't be around if a new thread is required within the next couple of weeks.

I hope I don't sound ungrateful but, if a new thread is required around Christmas/New Year, and there's no other volunteers, I would be honoured at that time provided someone could talk me through it. Hopefully, by then, the current 'family crisis' will have calmed down plus I have 2 weeks off work.

My view from just before I saw this post is unchanged: I think you should do the next one.

Hopefully things settle on your crisis - chin up and good luck!:A

My OH bought this on Thursday - was hoping it would give an apg. It compared to T's @£17 and gave him an apg for £2.83
