Sorry so late in replying. I did Cambridge Diet ( 420 cals per day) 3 milk shakes and 4pts water. Was hard but after a week you are not hungry. Tonight I had a 2 egg omelette with courgettes and mushrooms as I am on maintenance and can now have milk aswell. So up to 820 calories. It is drastic I know but also I am now going to be a counsellor and earn some money from it.Thanks to all who congratulated me. I may post a pic tommorow!!
