You are right in that when we are happy with our bodies/appearance, the other chalenges in life are less of a struggle.
What did you (approx) do, in order to lose so much weight ?
Sorry so late in replying. I did Cambridge Diet ( 420 cals per day) 3 milk shakes and 4pts water. Was hard but after a week you are not hungry. Tonight I had a 2 egg omelette with courgettes and mushrooms as I am on maintenance and can now have milk aswell. So up to 820 calories. It is drastic I know but also I am now going to be a counsellor and earn some money from it.Thanks to all who congratulated me. I may post a pic tommorow!!0 -
OMG! What a numpty. I accidentally got really excited at Sada when I saw the energy drinks and came home with 3 x £1 Relentless instead of Rockstar. Looks like Quidco won't be happy with it! Doh.
Does anyone know what the chocolate triggers are other than the cones? Some moose has cleaned the whole lot of cones at my local Sada. Could someone help me out here? I just need 4 more boxes of chocolates and that's all the Xmas presents done for distant friends.
Thanks for the information re: the cleaning products. Got 2 sprays today and perfect timing as I had run out. THANKS ALL.
TWEETS darl, I am making progress now I have passed that awful level. Watch your back girlie, I'm coming to get you!;)

Just so that I am clear please, was another trigger used too or just lucky that both of these glitched and appeared on APG? Buy at £2 for 2 but appears as £1.98v£1 each.
Both do not show on MSM when the page is set to A but do when set to T (A down as N/A for both).
Many thanks
