I had to laugh when the driver said "I tried these cob** on sun, they are lovely aren't they? On offer for the 660ml bottles at the mo - 3 for £5!!"

Rose, well done! speaking for myself, I know just how much of a boost it can be, to lose weight. I've just managed to fit into a pair of expensive trouseres i'd not worn for five years! I'm so happy. I have been combining exercise with the 5-2 diet and keeping my carbs low.

You are right in that when we are happy with our bodies/appearance, the other chalenges in life are less of a struggle.

What did you (approx) do, in order to lose so much weight ?
