    Morning all,

Pleased to see at least Purpledonkey managed a 1p Wilko order. Fingers crossed we get them. I hopefully have a few solar rock lights coming, how about you PD? ;)

Just had a browse and all the 1p items seem to have been removed now. Wish I had noticed it earlier on yesterday evening. :(

No sunshine in Poole today, it's a drizzly day out there.

So excited. Final weigh in last night and I got to goal!. 3ST 3LB Lost. So now starting on maintenance. At last I can have a cup of tea for basically 1st time since 22.7. ( except for few days off for weddings). And I can have a cooked meal tonight. Got down from a size 18 to a 10-12. Off to join the gym today.
I feel so much better in myself and it seems to make be better able to cope with life's crap. Now if I could only find some snakes! Any around in Bristol peeps as I may take a trip tommorow.

Well done rose, big congratulations on a massive achievement. :T:T:T

Reminds me to update my signature today as after a very good restart of my 5:2 but then 2 stagnant weeks of losing nothing I have lost 2lb this week. :j

    Well done :T:T:T:T:T

That must have taken some rock hard won't power.

My son's finance at one stage lost about 9/10 stone and got into magazines for it, possibly from the romantic angle as she managed to acquire a boyfriend and then a baby into the bargain :D

I am sure you will maintain it now as you have fought so hard to get to where you are.

    Ahhhhh I feel your pain.
People don't understand till they have had it how bad it really is.
So glad you don't have long to wait now, it will be a massive relief for you once it is over.
Hopefully we will all be recovering from surgery on here together. How strange is that?! :)
