Sound soooo much like my store.....
Best SA's often seem to end up 'going for a break' at the most inconvenient of times..... I still want to get 2 more Cobras if they have any, prob end up using them for chrimbo raffle prizes for a couple of groups, but I'll have to buy them with a £16 APG..... Thought I can't leave them off my list as I need some useful fillers to go with my Carving Pumpkin. :rotfl:0 -

Yesterday, I got a bit of a trouting and it went like this:
SA: Sorry, I have to check this 15.00 apg.
Me: No probs.
Supervisor comes and takes away my receipt and apg and comes back 10 mins later
Supervisor: We' ll let you use this this time, but that's it.
Me: What happens next time?
Supervisor: Er, er, Its under review.
Me: Oh. Why though?
Supervisor: because you're buying what you got the APG for.
Me: well, i'd be mad not to. Have you seen the signs?
SV: what signs?
Me: Those signs above your head. (then I proceeded to read it out, pointing out Asda's guarantee). Of course I'm going to buy it here, when you're offering 10% on top! too much of a bargain to resist!
SV: Mumbled something and stormed off.
I hate it when they try and trout you.
Got my T's email and it states hudl being delivered to store after 4pm tomorrow :j
I have also sent an email off praising Andrew and said I hope they can gave him a reward or bonus.0 -

:j:j:j Thanks to Andrew at Tdirect.com
Went on line to order the hudl and gets to check out and  kept saying couldn't process my card  I tried 5 times
Ended up ringing the Freephone number which was on screen and got through to a guy who told me that visa thing you fill in to process payment was down online
So he told me to order over phone and transferred me to Andrew. Took him over 30 mins to order me one he took my number and rang me back in the end. I was ordering a Black hudl because all others online out of stock. He said only colour he could see in stock was the Blue one so after a lot of faffing by him he managed to order me the Blue hudl and they are delivering it to store :T :j:j:j
He did say could arrive tomorrow after 4pm but they say 2 weeks.
I am now going to send an email to T's praising Andrew I told him I would. So he gave me his ID number. Love it when you get people like him instead of the miserable moo's who couldn't care less. :Aunderperky wrote: »First time out for days and I head to sada first assistant on clothing says """um I don't think I can take them on here """ got to be grocery ...so I say ok that's fine .....then go down get some bits and who is on tills the miserablest trout you ever saw ..... p.s. although one of them said to me a few weeks back "oh, what was it that was cheaper?" and started mubling to herself and going down my old receipt saying "hmm, must be the bacon, or maybe the nappies, but it could be ..". I just pretended to be uninterested and said "don't know". she told me i should check my APG and CIRCLE on y receipt what item was cheaper elsewhere??!!:rotfl: I nearly wet myself, why would i do that m'dear?!!
